Description

The straight pelham bit provides constant, symmetrical contact.

It helps the horse to make contact with the bit and is best suited to horses that have difficulty with articulated bits.

The straight barrel exerts direct pressure on the tongue and bars, while freeing the palate.

The fact that it is straight ensures symmetrical left/right contact from the hand to the mouth and eliminates any risk of pinching the tongue.

All these features will enable the horse to gain confidence in his mouthpiece, to come to rest and to tense up, making it an ideal bit for a young horse.

The pelham bit is a fixed lever bit.

Through its action on the horse's neck and chin (mandible), it has a more or less significant lowering effect depending on the size of the cheek pieces and its installation (adjustment to two or four reins, rings, curb chain). It is useful for powerful horses and/or horses with a high blood pressure to channel their energy.

The curb chain allows you to vary the intensity of the bit.

It is advisable to use curb chain protectors for sensitive horses.

The "Inno Sense" range enables horses to follow the hand perfectly and take the bit easily.

The single-bit design and the anatomical shape of the resin make it easier for the horse to make contact.

On the other hand, the Inno Sense Flexi Soft will be less suitable for very strong horses.
