Description

Spirulina, a blue-green, spiral-shaped microalgae, is classed as a "superfood" for its exceptional nutritional richness.

Considered by the WHO to be the best food for humanity, it has a unique composition.

This algae is made up of 50-60% protein and 9 essential amino acids, which promote protein synthesis.

Its phycocyanine, a blue-green pigment, stimulates oxygenation of the blood and muscles, while its high chlorophyll content helps to detoxify the blood.

Rich in minerals such as iron, zinc, calcium and magnesium, spirulina has energising and invigorating effects, helping to combat fatigue and promote recovery.
