This hackamore features a rigid nosepiece lined with leather on the upper part, short stainless steel temples and a leather curb chain.

Its leverage is felt exclusively on the muzzle and mandibles, with no action inside the mouth.

This makes it a perfect choice for sensitive horses who cannot tolerate the contact of the bit in the mouth, those with a tendency to beat by hand, or those for whom a conventional mouthpiece is not suitable.

Note that this Hackamore rigid nose is more suited to experienced or professional riders, due to the specific action it involves.

What's more, the nose can be covered with nasaline, Vetrap or other materials to soften contact and ensure your horse's comfort.

For an optimal experience, we recommend using this Hackamore in conjunction with the Hackamore Jump'In bridle.
