An innovative design, based on extensive research into the anatomy of the horse leg and made with a unique mould developed by BR.

The result is a must-have tendon boot that optimally protects, absorbs shocks and keeps the horse's leg as cool as possible.

The XO2 Boot has been developed according to the Form-Follows-Function principle and gives your horse the perfect protection without compromising on comfort.

The protector fits seamlessly to the horse's leg and covers the horse's leg only where it is required.

The shell is subtly thickened on the back and sides of the fetlock to ensure that the horse's leg is optimally protected in those important places.

The unique thing about the shell is that it is anatomically shaped to the horse's leg.

This allows the boot to fit seamlessly to the leg.

The unique shape of the shell provides protection where necessary, but also ensures that the protector is lighter than other protectors, up to 10%!

This also allows the horse unhindered freedom of movement, so your horse never has the feeling that the protectors are bothering its movements!

The shell is hard in order to protect, but at the same time extremely flexible so the shell forms nicely around the horse's leg.

The cleverly placed ventilation holes ensure that the tendon remains cool.

The protector is lined with our specially developed Air Liner, a thermo-formed lining. 

The composition of the material gives the lining optimal properties.

The lining gives an extra shock-absorbing effect due to the air that accumulates in the spaces created by the composition of the material.

During the shock or impact, the air squeezes out through the extremely breathable lining and ventilation holes.

This way, your horse is optimally protected against shocks.

The right closures are also extremely important.

If the protector is too loose, it may cause chafing, but if the protector is too tight, it may impede blood flow.

The straps of the closures are slightly elastic and equipped with hook and eye closures to ensure that the tendon boot can always be secured in the right place.

They shape with the curve of the shell for a streamlined whole and a good fit.
