The Voronoi helmet is a high-tech riding helmet designed to offer optimum protection.
Manufactured using cutting-edge materials, it combines a robust thermoplastic polymer with in-mould technology to provide extra protection, particularly at the temple, a critical area in the event of an impact.
It has 4 main layers:
A comfortable, adjustable inner lining,
A shock-absorbing EPS inner shell,
A layer of polycarbonate moulded directly onto the EPS,
An outer shell made from high-quality thermoplastic polymer.
This helmet can be fitted with a special removable temporal protector designed to reduce the risk of concussion by absorbing and distributing impact forces over a wide area.
It has been tested to withstand rotational impacts, in line with WG11 studies, without the need for additional devices.
In addition to its safety, it offers exceptional comfort thanks to its light weight (around 500g without the temporal protection) and its sophisticated ventilation system inspired by the Voronoi pattern, based on irregular geometric cells, which not only creates a unique aesthetic but also optimises air circulation inside the helmet.
The inner foam is made from a high-quality Italian fabric designed to maximise comfort, breathability and support, and is easily detachable for washing.
Approved to European standard CE EN1384:2023 and awarded a 4 out of 5 star rating by the Virginia Tech laboratory, underlining its high level of safety and performance.
