This hlemet has a large visor called "polo", which will offer you protection from the sun.
The helmet has a leather lining except for the center part where it is covered with mesh fabric.
Charles Owen helmets are made of a solid outer shell lined with a protective layer of high quality polystyrene, a material that can be compared to microscopic bubble wrap.
Upon impact,the layers of bubbles burst, giving your head more stopping distance and therefore reducing the possibility of brain injury.
The lined nylon harness has a unique cross-over system, providing double tension on the back of the helmet for optimal support.
The fit is greatly enhanced by the 2 small shelles inserted in the back band that prevent the helmet from moving forward.
The rear headband and harness are made of soft nylon that does not cut into the skin as is often the case on other helmets.
It has an antibacterial lining with silver ions mixed with the inner lining fibers, preventing the development of bacteria and unpleasant odors. Helmets equipped with this technology have a silver label.
Its ventialtion will be otpimal with its 10 present aeration.
