Description

The effect of this lifter will help shift your horse's balance to the hindquarters.

This bit is often used on horses that are behind the legs.

When you take the reins in hand, the bit slides upwards and the horse will feel pressure in the corners of the mouth and at the back of the neck.

This double snaffle bit has two points of articulation.

It will act on the tongue, bars and corners of your horse's mouth.

On the other hand, with narrow lower jaws, your horse's articulation points can press on the layers and cause injury.

Compared to a simple snaffle bit, this one will act more on the tongue.

Sweet Iron bits are made of steel and will have a distinctive blue colour.

Sweet Iron develops rust when it comes into contact with moisture (in the mouth), which gives it a sweet taste and stimulates the horse's saliva production in a very natural way.

With this type of mouthpiece, your horse will foam more, which ensures better acceptance of the bit.
