Description

The double-jointed snaffle bit features a solid stainless steel alloy with a mouthpiece made of Sweet Iron.

Sweet Iron bits are known for the mild taste of the mouthpiece.

Furthermore, the bits are anatomically shaped and come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes.

The soft iron coating on the mouthpiece will stimulate salivation.

When this material reacts with moisture, heat, and air in an oxidation process, surface rust has a sweet taste.

This promotes bit acceptance.

Eventually, the blue color fades, but the taste of the surface rust remains.

The anatomical design conforms to the shape of the horse's mouth, creating a gentle and even pressure distribution.

With a double-jointed mouthpiece, the bit consists of three pieces, with the middle part lying flat on the tongue.

This creates more pressure on the tongue compared to a single-jointed mouthpiece.

The thicker the central part, the stronger the pressure on the tongue.

The cheekpieces exert pressure on the cheeks, accentuating the steering aids and ensuring that the rider cannot pull the bit out of the horse's mouth.
