Recuptex / Texishield rest gaiters combine 21st century textile technology with an anatomically shaped outer part, and incorporating removable and breathable covers made of a smart material called Recuptex. This fabric is made from the finest stainless steel fibers * (a stainless steel fiber) which retains all the magnetic fields created within the body and therefore activates blood circulation in the horse's limb at rest. The Recuptex actually plays the role of an EMI electromagnetic shield that protects, cuts, blocks and encloses electromagnetic waves (Electromagnetic Interference = electromagnetic interference).
The breathable neoprene outer layer guarantees freedom of movement and the sturdy velcro closure straps allow a secure fit, while being quick and easy to put on and take off.
