Premier Equine's Magni-Teque rug with neck cover has magnets sewn into the neck cover and blanket around the main muscle groups in the horse's body.
Using magnets in this way offers a range of health benefits.
Both the rug and the neck warmer can be used before exercise to help warm the horse up properly, and after exercise to ensure gradual cooling.
The Magni-Teque rug is carefully hand-wrapped in a reusable zipped storage bag to keep the rug tidy when not in use and to make it easy to transport.
It's a soft, breathable mesh rug lined at the withers and shoulders with an antibacterial nylon lining.
164 magnets sewn into the rug and 74 magnets sewn into the neck cover.
Each magnet is a 600 Gauss high energy ferrite flexible magnet with a 50mm feather field area.
Instructions for use:
- Use 30 min to 1 hour a day for the first week and gradually increase to a maximum of 4 hours a day after 2 weeks.
- Do not use while the horse is exercising; it should be at rest with a regular heart rate.
- Use only when the horse has returned to a normal temperature and is dry.
- Do not use on swimming or wet horses.
