The Premier Equine Butterfly Bit is ideal for as soft contact with your horse's mouth while maintaining control. 

Multiple combinations are possible depending on your choice of rein placement, from gentle to severe. 

Here are the effects of each placement : 

- Reins on the center ring, the main action is on the mouth, while the pressure on the neck is very light. 

- Reins on the bottom ring, leverage effect and the pressure is distributed on the mouth and the neck.

The double break effect allows an even distribution of pressure. 

*Composition : 90% solid copper, 7% iron, 3% aluminum and high quality stainless steel

*Care : Rinse after each use with clean water and wipe off any remaning water with a cloth.
