Description

Arnica poultice, relaxing and decongesting, soothes and reduces muscular tension, blows and haematomas. Can be brushed off, ideal in winter.

Arnica oily macerate, anti-ecchymosis, reduces the formation of bruises and facilitates their resorption.

Wintergreen essential oil, reputed to be a powerful anti-inflammatory, painkiller and antispasmodic, this oil is widely used for all arthritic and muscular problems: cramps, tendonitis, etc.

Helichrysum essential oil, very powerful anti-haematoma, antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory, it promotes muscle relaxation.

Directions for use : Apply a thick layer of poultice directly to painful areas (muscles and joints) after strenuous exercise or following a blow.

Leave on for 20 to 45 minutes, but ideally leave to dry to allow the warming effect to take effect!

Reapply several times a day if necessary.

No need to use water, just brush it off!

Composition: Organic St John's Wort oily macerate, organic Arnica oily macerate, organic essential oils of Rosemary Camphor, Wintergreen & Corsican Immortelle.
