This mouthpiece is to be used on a classic bridle. 

Indeed, the rings are D-shaped and do not slide on the barrels. 

This bit is recommended to better channel young horses. 

The copper rollers on the barrel allow a better relaxation of your horse's mouth. 

For long term use, it is important to wash th ebit after each use in order to avoid jamming the rollers.
