The German Pessoa has a leverage effect that can be created, depending on the positioning of the reins.

Sweet Iron bits are made of steel and will have a distinctive blue colour.

Sweet Iron develops rust when it comes into contact with moisture (in the mouth), which gives it a sweet taste and stimulates the horse's saliva production in a very natural way. 

With this type of mouthpiece, your horse will foam more, which ensures better acceptance of the bit.
