SPARK has made further improvements to its airbag waistcoats.

Thanks to these improvements, the SPARK Hippodrome airbag waistcoat is even more effective: with its new triggering system, it now inflates in less than 200 ms.

Certified by the independent laboratory ALIENOR CERTIFICATION and CE certified "à dire d'expert" according to standard NF S72-800:2022 by CRITT SPORT LOISIRS, in compliance with EU regulation 2016/425.

It guarantees level 2 effectiveness once the waistcoat is inflated.

The SPARK Hippodrome airbag waistcoat offers riders optimum protection in the event of a fall.

The waistcoat is attached to the saddle by a strap and inflates instantly when the horse and rider come apart.

It is fitted with a replaceable gas cartridge and protects the entire upper body, from the cervical vertebrae to the coccyx, thanks to the air released into the inner membrane when the cartridge is triggered.

Once inflated, the waistcoat absorbs shocks, cushioning the rider when he hits the ground and keeping his head in place.

Lightweight and breathable, it can be used at temperatures between 0°C and 45°C over other clothing for guaranteed effectiveness.

In terms of comfort, it's lightweight, with a perfect fit around the arms for total freedom of movement, and mesh strips for enhanced breathability.

Reflective piping for improved visibility outdoors.

CE CERTIFICATION - The SPARK Hippodrome airbag waistcoat is certified by CRITT.

Airbags are classified as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

In CCE, the SPARK Hippodrome airbag waistcoat may only be worn in official competition in addition to a protective waistcoat that complies with current standards, currently CE EN 13158:2018 BETA level 3.

The SPARK Hippodrome airbag waistcoat is sold complete with a saddle tie and a SPARK CO² cartridge:

• 45 g for children's sizes XXS and XS

The minimum height of the horse, H1, must be 120 cm.

The children's model is triggered for a minimum weight of 30 kg.

Do not use it with children weighing less than 30 kg.
