The full cheeck bit is more specifically a training bit for young horses.

The needles frame the mouth and allow you to work on the young horse's flexion and direction.

The action of the full cheek bit in the horse's mouth is similar to that of a 2 ring bit.

This bit is also used for lunging work.

The copper alloy makes the bit more acceptable to the horse.

Copper has a pleasant taste for the horse when it comes into contact with its mouth, encouraging it to chew and salivate, thus relaxing its jaw.

Soft copper is a compound of: solid copper 90%, iron 7% and aluminum 3% (nickel-free). Soft copper is a very strong alloy.
